My case is still pending with INS NEBRASKA.
LIN - 00-003-XXXX
ARRIVED IN US: Jan 10 1990
PD: May 1997
RD: August 26, 1999
ND: October 5, 1999
1st RFE Dec 2000 Responded Jan 2001 (for Non immigration status verification)
2nd RFE Sep 2001 Responded Nov 2001 (Job Change verification)
Switched jobs 2 times (AC21)

Renewed AP and EAD 3 times ...applying for AP for the 4th time in April
Called INS several times...Contacted local Senator\'s office in February for help.

Anyone in the same or similar situation? Please respond.
 
Call the IIO and ask them to expedite your case

Did you ever talk to a IIO and ask them what is going on and why your case has been delayed this long?
 
same boat with little variation

i was wondering about the RFE you recvd on Non immigrant status verification any details that will be of much help ,i was here in US since sep 1990 and it took forever for me to get a sponsering employer i was expecting kind of similar non immigrant scrutiny in my case also ! I do appreciate in advance if u can give more details on this aspect.

They (INS) wanted evidence that I was in status all along..I forwarded copies of I-94\'s along with H1 approvals etc..Hope that helps..Good Luck
