Strange that INS was yelling about speeding up 485s after religous worker excuse, and even with no audit going on, we see no activity, really what are they doing?

Have we seen any approvals in the first 3 weeks of october?
According to CSC/NAFSA Liaison Meeting, September 18, 2003,
the CSC began full adjudication of the I-485's in October and the CSC had been promised additional resources (by whom?).

According to the Project Kashmir,
the CSC is adjudicating 100 cases per week (400 cases per month) in this month,
and this pace equals to ones in the last six months.
I believe this slow pace is "full adjudication" that the CSC meant.

It was a good story, but we should not rely on such a story.
We should do something to have 15 adjudicators for EB I-485 at the CSC.
