OCT 15th RD - RFE issued

Checked online status - RFE issued on OCt 28th :mad:
Have to wait 14 days to know what kind of RFE is. Took +ve.
At least INS opened my case.

Will update rupnet.

Sorry to hear that you got an RFE. As you said,, at least your case opened.
I am in a similar situation, where Id be glad if my case opened.
Can you let me know what your EAC # is.

In my case, RFE has arrived in less than a week. (My lawyer took a two days to inform me though !!)
 
EAC# is eac-02-050-51xxx

I might have got RFE because of

1. pay stub (my lawyer did not asked/sent pay slip or w2 or income tax returns.)
2. medical (when i did medical, there was a nationwide shortage for detanus.)
3. marriage certificate ( i gave only affidavit that was give by my wife)

Other than this everything looks ok to me. I have to wait and see
