Guys ,

I got my 140 finnaly approved on 12/12/04 , details are below. I do not know whether to be happy or freaking be angry they way they delayed the whole process, took about 425 days for them to wake up and see the docs , thats absurd.

Anyway here are my details

PD April 2003 EB3
140 RD 10/20/2003, aprroval date 12/21/2004 --> no RFE
485 RD Jan/2004 still waiting !!!!!

But what do you think on my chances if getting 485 approval , and is the retrogression really going to affect me if nothing happens on 485 before 31st dec/2004. ( I know i am being greedy , but what the heck , i am not losing anything by being greedy )

I was also told that the retrogression might not take place until around April/05. How far is this true ?
