New here so bare with. I just got married in India, going back at the end of the month. Can I apply for the OCI or PIO card while in India? Also...can I even apply for the OCI card if I'm not Indian, but my husband is? What's the difference between the two?

You can apply for OCI in states or in India.Only restrictions are for people born in Pakistan,Bangladesh.OCI is cheaper and better since it lets you live in India without registering after 180days.It is valid for life time.Unlike PIO which i good only for 15 yrs...:)
