Some tips that worked for me:
1. I saved the Part A and B as .ps file when I printed it so I could have copies to edit and print as many as I want.
2. Regular US passport photos are ok.
3. We used priority mail flat rate envelopes( instead of express overnight like they mention) with no problems, saves a bit of $.
4. The CGI SF website is really useful and has all the answer actually.
