Any one who has recently applied for OCI at San Francisco, could you please clarify this?
On Item #8B for a minor (US born), I chose to send 2 copies of birth certificate and copy of both parents US, Indian passport.
However on Item #11. It reads like this.
"11. Pl. provide two self-attested photocopies of the first two and last two pages and US visa page of the Indian passport (if OPTION A is chosen in Serial No. 8 above) or of documents listed in OPTION B (if OPTION B is chosen in S. N. 8)"
Question #1: Do I need to send two more copies of both parents US, Indian passports making it a total of three copies?
Question #2: How do I arrange the documents? From the details given on the cgisf site, I understood it as just follow the check list. Meaning, I'll end up with 1 packet for each applicant. Would that be correct? or should I put them all together (myself, spouse and children)?
