OCI returning to India - help needed

Hello all,

I am an OCI from australia. I am looking to move to India to invest and start up a project and may have to stay there for a few years.

Will I be able to take some of my goods from here (my household stuff) instead of selling them off here for next to nothing.

What customs duty Will I be charged in India ? Is there a facility like the TR for the NRIs?

Can anyone shed some light on how I can handle this please.
