OCI Questions - pls HELP

My parents and I are US Citizens now - would like to get OCI but have questions.

My dad owns land/property in India - so will that be a problem after receiving OCI status??? It says you cannot acquire agricultural land so i was wondering.

Also if I inherit his land/property -will that be a problem in future???

can we sell it and transfer money here????

I am looking for help in filling Part B. number 21 says 'address of employer' and then list names. Do we have to fill employer name here ?. Appreciate help.

Just write the name and address of employer for each applicant (or not employed, self-employed, student, etc. as appropriate).
