OCI Question

Presently I am living in Michigan and I had applied for OCI on July 19, 2007 with Chicago, CGI. So far I have not received any acknowledgement from the consulate. In the meantime due to my job I had to relocate to different state Nebraska, but this state comes under San Francisco jurisdiction. So what should I do? What is the procedure? Please advise me.

I could be wrong but Chicago consulte is currently NOT accepting any OCI applications. I don't know when they stopped accepting OCI application.

I would check if your money order or cashier's check has been cashed. If not, get a refund, then apply to SF consulate.
