OCI- Photograph requirements

People,

The OCI application seems to have stringent photo requirements. No white background, 80 % of photo should be the applicants's face etc etc.

I got my photos taken at Kinko's and Walgreens and both have white backgrounds and my face is not 80 %...Before I make another trip to a full fledged photo studio I wanted to query the group to see how others got their photographs.

If I had penny for every time I have had to answer to this Q.You send in same passport size pictures that you would use for passport/Visa.You only need three per person

Thanks for the response...basically what U r saying is that the photo requirements as set out in the OCI process is hogwash.....?????

It is .Just send in normal passport picture.I did and all went fine.Unless someone is having bad day.I dont see issue.Since they will be scanning it anyways .
