OCI PartB Question 15

Hi all,

Part B of OCI form Question 15 asks: Have you / any member of your family applied for OCI registration earlier?

My brother has applied for OCI and got it. Do I need to answer 'YES' for this question?


I am asking because it is not asking for immediate member of the family.

I am guessing they would like to cross reference things or they are only asking about you parents,Wife and kids.
