Hi All,

In Part A, I have written "USA" for place issue of passport.
Some one here said that we should fill it as "US State of Dept"

Do you all think I should change it? If yes, then when I fill the appln again, will it generate a new registration reference number all over again?

I would just correct it by hand and send it in.

"USA" is good. Dept of state is the issuer, not place of issue.

"US State of Dept"? Why should you write that as the "place of issue"!??
USA seems more apt.
