OCI NO Acknowledgement for SPOUSE !?

I applied for OCI as a family group with my spouse and kids, but they acknowledged only myself and kids and not my spouse ?

Does this happend to anyone ? If so how to get it acknowledged?

I applied for OCI as a family group with my spouse, but I received the acknowledgement on both.
