OCI for adopted child

I live in Bangkok, Thailand and am an OCI holder. I have adopted a child, who by relation, is my brother's daughter. Her grandfather, i.e., my father, is an Indian citizen. I am trying to obtain OCI for my adopted child but do not know the proper procedure for that. Can anyone advice me on this matter?

I am also in same situation, I adopted and child in Thailand. Are you able to get the OCI card, please share your exp this will help me.
