I am applying for OCI for my 2 month old son as an individual application. Part A of the application requires his left thumb impression. I tried several times with a ink pad but cannot seem to get a clear impression of his thumb. If anyone has done this before, do you have any suggestions or tips on how to get clear impression.

Travisa Chicago requires that we send them prepaid return shipping label and envelope. Can anyone tell me what documents they will return to me besides the passport and OCI card. I am trying to figure out what weight to put for the shipping label.

Thanks

Do the thumbprint impression when your son is asleep so that he does not resist your attempts. Also it may take a number of attempts to work out how much pressure to apply on the form to get a good thumbprint so print plenty of copies of the Part A! Once you get a good impression, just make a photocopy of that Form A for your duplicate submission. That's what I did.
