Hopefully this will be easy to answer for someone who has recently filed for OCI card. Checklist has list of documents and all, except printed application form & photo, are color copies. If all are color copies (and notarized) then i wonder what these two are for and what information is to be submitted with these two documents.
9 - Sworn Affidavit (All except Atlanta & Chicago) - Original & Notarized
1 - Affidavit in Lieu of Originals - Original & Notarized
