OCI applied in April - Houston TX - application still under scan

We had applied for OCI in April, they have received the paperwork in Houston on April 22nd. Our application hasn't moved yet...it still shows under scan. We went to Houston a few weeks back, and they informed us that we will get our OCI in 15 days. We haven't received any update yet. Our application is in the same state as before. We've alos tried sending the Consulate multiple emails and left messages, but no response from their side.

Has anyone faced this same issue? If yes, how long did it take for you to recieve the OCI?

Ok, We are exactly in the same boat and hate freakin Houston COnsulate. Our OCI was recd around the same time frame and no news. WHen I call thestupid OCI line (so called OCI exclusive) no one picks u. And by any luck if some one picks up on the other lines (after a wait of 30 minutes or so) they say lets transfer you and then line goes blank. Once they said it takes two months and the moment I said mine was pending for 3 they said its taking 6-8 months. I am frustrated
