My mom applied for OCI in June . she sent the application to Delhi( she lives in kerala ).She never got an email or SMS regarding the receipt of application. Her online status recently changed as
registration at mission : granted
documents printed ,
documents at MHA :received on Aug 6th
will any one familiar with OCI application procedure in India can help us with next steps?
Do they send any emails or any communication when to send the passport ? or does she need to go in person to pick the OCI card ?
Does anyone know the contact numbers where we can call & ask ?
