OCI Acknowledged for me, not for Kid

I applied OCI for a family of three, me, wife and my 5 yr son born in US.
sent all the three in one application. Me and my wife's applications are acknowledged and photos scanned. how ever my sons application is not even acknowledged. He is a PIO card holder. sent all the relavent documents.

any thing i need to to do ,to get it processed.

How long does it take to acknowledge the OCI application

Can anyone throw light on how long does it take to acknowledge the OCI application in DC ? It's almost a week now, I don't see application has been acknowledged yet and since the news broke about extra $175 I am not sure if they will acknowlege the application or send the whole packet for extra money?
 
Documents returned with Yellow Slip

My packet came back in UPS today with a yellow slip with same instructions as posted on DC site asking for extra $175 along with notarized Naturalization Certificate.

Can any one give me the email of pk bajaj and pushpa kumar, my OCI is approved but for my kid who is on PIO the application is not even aknowledged.
