"Ocean" subproject - Evidence of Discrimination

Almost two weeks ago, I posted the following message at Project Ocean main thread, and Dadagiri, Edison, and karma_yoga had replied.
I've been struggling with OpenOffice for a couple of weeks to manipulate ND022202's data originally from USCIS Monthly Statistical Reports.

I will post some data and graphs that would be useful for Project Ocean in this thread.
But I believe some of you can create better ones than mine,
so I'd like you to post your data and graphs that would be helpful for our campaign, too.

"DISCRIMINATION" Campaign

Our current main focus is Congressional offices, but also we are targetting a lawsuit in near future.
I'd like to start new campaign
because I have come to think that the current precessing delay targetting only EB I-485 cases must be the discrimination by the U.S. Gevernment against EB I-485 applicants.

The official execuse is always Security Check(s), but I don't think so.
Even if bad economy is real reason of processing delay,
it is significanly unfair to us and it must be illegal.

I have been gathering the data to prove the discrimination by the USCIS, especially based on the USCIS official statistical reports.

If "DISCRIMINATION" Campaign would succeed,
it would help the lawsuit, too.

Please post your idea or comment.

Graph - 4 type of pending cases

It may not be related to "discrimination" against EB I-485 applicants, but it must be interesting.

Re: CSC Processing Time Reports - I-485 Employment Based

Attached CSV file consists of 3 columns:
1) Report date
2) Processing Date
3) Waiting Days
The source is CSC Processing Time Reports at AILA.org.
Can somebody make similar CSV files for another application types such as I-129 H1B or I-131 AP, etc. ?
Two columns of 1) and 2) are enough.

Kashmir, I totally agree with you, It is only excuse that huge backlog ,security check, etc etc. It is all only for 485 employment cases. Economy is with us ,un employment do not seem problem for us at the moment.

what are they doing every day besides talking that they have huge backlog ? I asked Senators office last week when tehy told that they have huge backlog . Did they even thought to work to reduce backlog ? This shud not be the reason . and why we suffer when we pay for them.

Also, LEGAL VIOLATION !!

Dear Sir,
we'd like to draw your attention to "Immigration Services and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2000", which was signed into law (no. 106-313), (introduced in senate on 5/18/2000 bill no. S.2586, and incorporated into S.2045.). And I quote Section (2)(c)-

"POLICY- It is the sense of Congress that the processing of an immigration benefit application should be completed not later than 180 days after the initial filing of the application, except that a petition for a nonimmigrant visa under section 214(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act should be processed not later than 30 days after the filing of the petition."

Reference: Lookup S. 2586 @ http://thomas.loc.gov/home/c106query.html

Given the CSC-JIT report (published bi-weekly by CSC), I notice that processing times on Employment Based I485 applications are in violation of this law. I, therefore, would request you to advice California Service Center's Director Donald Neufeld to reduce the Employment based applications backlog to 180 days and honour the law.

sincerely.
