My H1-B petition was approved a while ago while on my LCA application that states my prevailing wage it says that i have Occupational Code 189 from the OES Online Survey wage source.
Recently my prevailing wage determination request come back from CA SWA and the classified in a much higher category with very high prevailing wage rate.
I would like to check my what was my classification in the H1-B LCA application to see whether it can help me to address SWA and ask for lowering my PWD classification.
However, i cannot find the description of occupational code 189 anywhere! I tried in http://www.flcdatacenter.com but there is nothing with such data code.
Can you please help me out to find what this occupational code is about?
