Hi all,
I'm a Canadian PR under H-1B who is currently commuting to work between Windsor and Detroit. I'm a Malaysian citizen. Starting from 3/17, I'm required to have visa stamp to enter U.S. For this reason, I plan to get a visa stamp at the U.S. consulate in Toronto.
I heard that it will take longer for citizens from a Muslim country to get a visa stamp from a US consulate and may take months instead of 2 days previously (I have done this before in 1999 and it just took 2 days). Anyone has gone through or is in the same situation?? Thanks for sharing.
