Click on the Service Center Processing Dates under "Obtaining a List of Processing Dates" and you can then select your Service Center. It is supposed to show you the exact processing time for the Service Center (I guess the JIT type thing).

If you problem with the above link then go to
http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/casestatus.htm and click on "Case Status Online"

Under I-485 there are two categories

a. "Nicaragauan and Central American Relief Act," has a processing date of Aug 20 2003 (Few of us probably belong to this category)

b. "Under the Legal Immigration and Family Equity Act," has a processing date of Aug 14 2003 (There are no more categories, so technically the rest should belong to this).

Guys, pl. go through the website and share your comment on this stuff.

No, you are wrong, you do not belong to either.

In another way to say this, all the EB based applicants are simply ignored by CSC.

Fu*k them all.

Data Entry Error

If you look at the dates from the AP row on, you'll see that they're all off by one row from the JIT report. On the JIT report, there is no entry for AP for Haitian refugees, but on the USCIS report, they've put the date for what should be "All other applicang for AP" in that space. Every other row below that is out of order as a result.

So, for example, I-140, EB1 - Multinational Manager (my category) looks like it's May 5, 2003, but it's really the date above - February 26, 2003. (Which means that once again the I-140 hasn't moved in months).

My guess is that it's also a data-entry error that the employment-based 485 row is missing altogether.
