Can anyone explain how long it take from approval of interview and oath date? with and without change name?

In addition, do we have option to chang the oath date?

You can figure out the time it takes between interview approval and oath date based on data from your DO's processing time thread.

You do have the option to change the oath date.

Oath might be the same date as interview depending on the DO.

Postponing the oath is definitely possible, but I would not recommended it as it will move your file out of its regular path and can potentially cause delays. If a delay of 1-3 months (or more) is not an issue, I think you can ask for postponement. Meanwhile, you will need to maintain your continuous residence until the oath, so no long trips out of US if you are borderline in terms of counting days.

It depends on the DO you come under. Once the IO says you are approved at the end of the interview, may be you can request an oath date of your liking, depending on the mood of the IO or how the conversation went between you two.
