oath ** INS will send you a written decission about your interview

Today 1 of my friends have Citizenship interview. After the interview he got this:

1) You have passed English & History tests.

2) "INS WILL SEND YOU a written decission about your application"

But last month , I got "NO DECISSION has been made yet at this time"

So what is the difference between these 2 kind of "decissions"

ANy experience ?????

I have a gut feeling that your friend is in trouble. You could ask him/her if anything went wrong during the interview. It is not a good sign.
