Hello CP Gurus;

Can someone please just explain me step by step OATH part of consular interview? I didn't understand that quite well. { As far as I know, oaths at various divisions of dept of justice follow different procedures so each oath is different }.

During Consular interview ----
Do I have to repeat what she says? Or I have to just
raise my hand and say- "I Agree".

At what point do I have to raise my hand? ( At the
time she start speaking oath or at the time I
start saying -- " I agree".

Thanks,
Neelakshi....

Hi:

The OATH process is pretty simple. You don't have to rise your hands b4 the co. If the CO satisfied with your documentation and answers during the interview process, he will ask you to sign the DS230-II by asking ' The info.. u provided in the application is TRUE...? Just say YES and sign the doc... that's all... Even the interview q's are quite simple... you don't have to worry abt much...
