I am scheduled for Oath ceremony on April 11. Due to some personal circumstances I cannot make to the oath then. I already sent the Oath letter (N-445) back to CIS as stated on the form for a date change (requested for a date in the summer). I sent the form back with a letter on March 14.
I know rescheduling can take a while, but my question is should I be concerned if I don't get a new date back before my currently scheduled date for April 11? Is it ok if I just do not show up for the Oath? Do I need to schedule an infopass for this before April 11?
