Oath Ceremony question

Hi Everyone!

I am in a bit or a worried situation here.

I just got a traffic ticket for $100.00.

What I'm worried about is that I have my OATH CEREMONY in 2 weeks. The N445 notice of oath ceremony asks if I have been arrested or cited/fined, for anything including traffic violations.

Since the oath ceremony is in 2 weeks, what if I don't receive the actual bill in the mail before that time (and can't naturalize becauseI didn't resolve it yet?)?

I think it is advisable to mention your ticket information on the N-445. If you are open about it instead of letting the USCIS find it out by themselves, then things will go smooth during the oath ceremony.Take all the necessary documents regarding this with you. Good Luck!!

Hi
Thanks for your reply!

Yes, definetely I will answer yes on the form.

What I'm worried about is that I will need to postpone the oath ceremony, because there is not enough time for the ticket to be processed and for me to show proof that i paid for the ticket.
