Hi, I passed my citizenship interview in November. However because I was traveling internationally and I was not sure I could obtain a passport and visa in time, I requested the officer to postpone my oath ceremony to after Jan 1st. He agreed. But now it is March 13 and I still have not heard from USCIS. I called the customer service number and asked about my case. The person answering the call said she did not have any more information. Do you know what I can do? I am concerned my file is stuck somewhere and I may probably never hear back from them. Thanks in advance for any pointers. - Vasu
