Oath Ceremony in Cadman Plaza

Hi All,

How long does it take to complete the oath ceremony in Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn? I'm scheduled for 8:30AM. If you could also tell me how early I should go to finish quick if it makes a difference, I would appreciate it. I know they said not to arrive earlier than 7:30AM. Would I be seen sooner if I arrive at 7:30AM?

Probably about 3/4 hours.- No, it would not seem soon if you arrive at 7:30 am.-
