Oath and same day passport, k3/I130 question

I am planning to drive up to san francisco office to apply in person for an expedited passport on the same day as my oath ceremony 2/21 as I am traveling internationally 3 days after. Could applying on same day be an issue?

Also, does the indian consulate issue the visa in a single day?

Also, I need to apply to I-130 and K3 visa for my wife and kid. Does anybody know if I need to file separate application, both I-130 and K3, for both of them or I just need to file for my wife and the kid is already included.

What is the current timeline for k3 visa and I130?

Make an appointment with the passport agency. See the info on http://travel.state.gov

It shouldn't be an issue, once you have your natz cert in your hands, you are as american as you will be the next day. I applied at a post office on the way back from the ceremony.
