Has anyone heard of such a 90d limit? My attorney gave me the impression that after 90d i could make some noise [been 62 d now] about oath letter.
He also adviced not to fill AR11 address change although i'm moving next wk within NJ which would move file from CherryHill to newark. worth the risk? does INS care much about tardiness in address change ...
