O1 approvals from Vermont?

Hiya,

My petition is about to be submitted to VSC and I was just wondering if anyone has successfully submitted there. Online it says that the wait times are currently three and a half months - I was really hoping to have it done in two.

If I don't have an approval by mid November, I was thinking of using Premium Processing, however I have heard that USCIS looks upon petitions using PP less favorably than others.

What do you all think?
 
Successful O1

Hi,
I applied for O1 using premium processing from the Vermont center in October. After a RFE, I recieved the approval in a week of submitting my RFE on the 15th of November.
I think PP is successful if you have a good case.

O visa approval

Hello there,
I recently got approval of my O1 visa petition from vermont SC within three days of submission, although it took almost 4 months to submit. This petition was premium processed. The main component in the process is the attorney representing your case. So go for good one.
I will be happy to share my experience if anybody has any issues with this process best of my knowledge.
