I came to the US 3 years ago with a J-1 with 212 (e) 2 years home country residence. I applied to a waiver and I got a letter from the Department of State, which they sent the original to Vermont Inmigration, with a favorable recommendation. Now, I got married and my husband has an O1 visa. We are going to our country to process my O3 visa but we don't really know what we exactly have to do. Can anybody help us? thank you so much
