Hello all.
I have a query regarding my application for an O-1 VISA to the U.S.
My question is;
Are there any provisions made for freelance ‘Artists’ on an O or P VISA who might require a 'second' income whilst in the U.S to support their livelihood and the progress of the main 'activity' directly related to the O or P VISA obtained?
I called up US Embassey VISA info line and they said that they are not the department to answer questions on this subject. They forwarded me to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service who they said make the decisions on the application.
I have tried getting in touch with them via www.uscis.gov but I have had no luck either telephoning or emailing.
I would be very grateful for any help on this matter.
