I am on extraordinary worker visa (O-1) and still my visa is with multiple entry. Recently I filed for I-485 for me and my family. My kids are on dependent visa (O-3 visa with multiple stamp) holders. While advance parole is pending, can they visit India like H-4 or L-2 visa holders with multiple entries. My doubt is in INS web site it is listed that L and H visa holders got choice to use advance parole or their earlier visa. My doubt is whether it is applicable for all visas like O-1, J1 or F-1. Can anybody clarifies me. Thanks in advance
