O-1 approval at VSC

Just got my O-1 visa approval at VSC. It took less than 2 weeks.
All the materials (all are copies) are the same as in I-140
(extraordinary) Petition. It was NOT premium processing.

RD 5/24/01
ND 5/25/01
AD 6/08/01

What is required to apply for an O visa. Do I need an attorney? Could you share some info about your recommendation letters, etc.?
