For my wife (ND 9/12/00), they issued RFE on 7/18/01.
ND 9/12/00 AVM saying Approved on 7/18/01.

Whats next?

All the info will be on your approval notice. (i.e. what documents
you have carry with you). Normally they ask I-94s, EAD, APs and
you need to carry 2 photographs ofcourse your approval notice.
Recently one of my friend got it stamped his pp at NYC and
it took him about 1:30 hours waiting and less than 5 minutes
for stamping.
