NYC (or Garden City) Oath ceremony timeline

Can you please post your oath ceremony timeline if you had your N-400 interview in Garden City (Long Island), NY? My friend was there in mid-April and she was told her fingerprints (done in January) had not come back yet, but other than that, she passed all the tests for naturalization. Even though we called FBI and they said the fingerprints were checked and a result was sent to USCIS the same day, she is still waiting for an oath ceremony letter. Anyone else who waited a long time for their oath ceremony, even without a similar circumstance? Please share, it will be appreciated.
Thank you

my interview was on feb 06, still waiting for oath ceremony /approval letter.

they cannot proceed my case until the background investigation is complete.

I emailed FBI for the namecheck result, still waiting. Its been a month.

The immigration officer told my friend that the "issue" should be solved in 60 days from the date of the interview. If no word came from USCIS within 60 days, a letter had to be written to the interviewing officer. That was about 3 weeks ago. No response.
