Had my IH in NYC federal plaza 2 years ago, after the hearing judge said that she will grant the case, but DHS said that background checks are not done. They keep continuing case 6months and 6 months for the same reason.it’s always a mess, they forgot about the case, scheduled a wrong hearing for decision and etc.
Did anyone have this problem with background checks in court or they had to wait for a decision for a long time?
