Can any one tell me how long NYC takes to process marriaged based EAD???
my timeline is below:
-sent aos,ead, I130 on sep 15th 2003 to NYC district office
-BUT NOA came from NBC/MSC on sept 26th????
-biometric done for ead,aos on oct 2003
Now that i already spent more than 120 days for ead, I still havent received my EAD yet as of today. So my Question is who is gona process my ead...NYC office or NBC????..and how long nyc/nbc takes to process ead .
