NYC 485 interview letter

I'm a long time viewer of this forum but haven't been able to get access/ a username until today.

My info

june 2000 RIR NJ EB3

March 2001 I140

January 2002 I485 [245i because of out of status for more than 6 months after H1 expired] eac 020 885

second fp July 2003

August 7 2003 Transfer to NYC 26 Fed for interview [online]

Nov 28 2003 interview letter for Feb 2004

I wasn't expecting an interview until at least aug 2004

however, my interview letter appears to be for marriage/family based and goes on about petitioner and beneficiary even though my case is employment based???

It also asks for IRS form 1722?? as well as 3 years tax rets

the document list is a standard photocopy not specific to my case

It also asks for a third fp in Jan 04???

Does anyone have the same experience??

Does it say anything like to bring in any records if you were ever arrested....As one of my friend recived is interview letter as well and his is employment based and they are asking for stuff like which is based on family based....

So he assumes that what he has received is standard format letter....Can you confirm if the letter you received has anything like "if you were ever arrested"

Please let me know....

fed state and local tax rets for 3 for p and b
w2 and 1099

IRS from 1722 or IRS printout for p and b for 3 years
