If someone needs PCCs for both the self and the spouse, do both need to visit the consulate for them in person?

Can just one person gow ith both the passports?

I read from someother post in this forum that either one can go to the consulate. You can go with the original and copies of the passports and they will give back the original after verifying. After getting the PCC Approval from India, they will inform you. Then you have to go and get it stamped in the passport.

HI - My spouse and I sent our Passports to CGNY 10 days ago. Our passports have been issued in the US so PCC should take only 2 days. however we still haven\'t recd anything. Anybody have experience with this?
