Does any one know what the status of NY DOL is for RIR cases. I know that it says current, but is this for real. How long does it take for the DOL to make the decision ? My case was trasmitted to NY DOL by NY SESA on 10/21/02. Are the approving RIR cases of late ? I had no REF from the NY Sesa. Anyone had any recent experience ?
