NY DOL - AVM (212-337-2193) is not responding.. Help Please!

Hello Friends,
I tried many times this number# 212-337-2193 to enquire about my CASE #02511043 status and getting only ringing sound. Please let me know is this a right number or do you have any other alternative number?

Call Mon, Wed, Fri 9am - 12pm @ 212-337-2184. Live person should answer. They may not want to give your information if you are not the employer or attorney.
