NY Attorney - WOM- MR H. Ronald Klasko

Hello Friends,

I called NSC last week hoping I will benefit from Aytes memo but I was told that my case is under "Extended Review" and is not eligible under the new guidelines. I gave hope on USCIS and I am planning to file WOM. In my research I found Mr. Klasko as very expererience attorney and he is also ex- AILA presidend. Did anyone had experience filing WOM with him? can you suggest other attorney's in NY NJ Area if you know that are solid with WOM? thanks in advance.

I was told the same thing by NSC "under extended review" and case doesn't qualify under the new memo although previously I was informed over the phone "NC pending", "security checks pending", "internal security checks" and "unresolved issues that can't be elaborated further", you name it they got it. I seriously doubt that your case is actually "under extended review". This is usual USCIS doublespeak.

As far WOM is concerned, I don't know about Klasko but I did find his article on WOM very informative and well written : http://www.klaskolaw.com/library/files/litiga~1.pdf and http://www.klaskolaw.com/library/files/federa~1.pdf. The attorneys charge anywhere from $1000-$4000 and up. It definitely helps if you have proof of exhausting all administrative remedies available to you. This includes writing letter to USCIS to ask for resolution on your case, contacting Senator/Congressman, log of InfoPass and phone calls to CS(name, time, ID # if applicable, the summary of conversation).

You have the right to ask your prospective lawyer about their prior WOM cases, success rate and what chance you have based on unique facts of your case.

Administrative Review

My case was pending name check and now it is going under "administrative review". Can you tell me what administrative review means.?? I got a letter from my congressman that my case is under administrative review??
