NVS Sent back I-824 approval please help important

Upon waiting for 2 months to hear back from NVC after NSC approved my I-824, I just talked to NVC this morning to find out if they mailed me the packet 3...to my surprise they told me no p3 was issues and they sent the i-824 approval back to INS.She could not give me any further details, except to say I should check with INS regarding the status.

Anyone know what they are talking about?

This is getting so frustrating.

try AC 140

my advice,

donot go thru the NVC shit.....

find out if US consulate at your country accepts AC 140. (u can find more infor on AC i140 at immihelp.com). Tell your lawyer to take the receipt document for i-824 , which you get from INS as soon as u file for it. Send it with pkt 3 to the consulate at home. see details at immihelp.com. this will bypas the pain in the neck NVC.

Company won\'t let me do AC-140

Thanks for the advice. I did talk to my company lawyer about AC-140, unfortunately their policy is they do not release the 140 to the employee, thus way to do to AC-140.
