What's going on at NSC? I tried to get status of my case, but it says my case can not be found? Anyone has the same problem?
 
I posted a similar message about this in another section a few days ago. My receipt notice for my I-140 EB1-OR is dated Mar. 14. Up until about Aug. 1 the message line told me the case was still pending. Then it started saying it couldn't find my case no. It seems to me (or at least I hope) that this is just a computer problem on their end. I checked the status of my concurrent H-1 renewal which was approved on July 18, and for a few days in August their system couldn't find it either, but it tells me the H-1 was approved, but still can't find the I-140

Relax guys, I had the same concern for nsc avm for my I-129. For couple weeks (late july and first third of august) their avm said it could not find my case - however previously reported "processing time of ...." Anyways in a different forum in this site I had numerous other guys and gals telling me the same story. However I rechecked their AVM about a week ago - and it was back to normal for my receipt number. I guess the same problem may have moved to a different part of their server. Keep checking and also ask about it from your lawyer. My attorney told me that he had several of his clients call regarding the same problem. I am pretty certain it should return to normal within approx two weeks for you guys ---if not then call and talk with a INS rep (good luck getting through their phone lines!)
