My I-140 was approved on August 03. 2006 from the USCIS. Im waiting for 6 Months after the case was approved at the USCIS and there is still no information if the documents are at the National Visa Center or what they are doing with the documents. Is here anybody who can tell me what the next steps after the USCIS are and how long they will take.. Im looking at the NVC Visa Bulletin list everyday but i think the information there is wrong. I mean 2002 ?? are they sooo slow or what the .... are they doing ?? Thats impossible.. the Family Based Cases are still on 19.. - 1999 ??. I cant wait anymore. Is there any possibility for my wife and kids to apply for a temporary visa to work there until the greencard is done..
